职业学校教师企业实践的身份认同困境及其超越

Dilemma of identities of vocational college teachers and their practices in enterprises

摘要:

职业学校教师企业实践制度促进了教师专业实践能力和专业实践教学水平的提高,一定意义上推动了职教"双师型"队伍建设。调研发现,教师企业实践在实施过程中面临着身份认同的困境。一方面,教师在企业面临"我是谁"的困惑,陷入制度和文化的认同困境;另一方面,大部分企业无法承担教师企业实践的职责,没有把教师作为学徒对待。要超越身份认同困境落实好教师企业实践教育,从国家政策设计看,需要在教师职前培养中嵌入教师企业工作实践内容;从院校办学看,需要深化推进"产教融合、校企合作"的人才培养机制和模式;从教师个体而言,需要培育和建立专业发展意识,不断反思实践,建造个体完满的职业人格。

Abstract:

Vocational college teachers are expected to improve their professional ability and teaching with the system of enterprising practice which helps with the construction of bi-professional teachers. However, a survey shows that teachers are usually confronted with their identity dilemma. On the one hand, teachers cannot find a proper position so that they do not know who they are. And on the other hand, most enterprises regard teachers as neither staffs nor apprentices. From the viewpoint of national policy designing, teachers need to embed detailed contents of practice in their curriculum, and enhance the school-business cooperation.
