基于MIL评估框架的“跨媒介阅读素养”及其建构

“Cross-media Reading Literacy” Based on MIL Competency Assessment Framework and Its Construction

摘要:

“跨媒介阅读素养”是指个体通过融合传统媒介与电子媒介来获取、感知、反思、迁移、创造语言符号信息的综合能力。它关乎国民阅读能力的发展乃至我国文化软实力的提升,是信息时代对人类提出的新挑战和新要求。目前,我国“跨媒介阅读素养”的建构尚面临着教学方式以被动灌输为主、教育主体批判意识较弱、以及媒介环境缺乏等困境。基于对UNESCO颁布的MIL(媒介与信息素养)评估框架的要素分析,认为“跨媒介阅读素养”可以从阅读获取力、阅读感知力、阅读反思力、阅读迁移力、阅读创造力五个维度进行建构。

Abstract:

“Cross-media reading literacy” refers to an individual’s comprehensive ability to acquire, perceive, reflect on, transfer and create linguistic symbolic information by integrating traditional media and electronic media. It is related to the development of national reading ability and even the promotion of China’s cultural soft power. It is a new challenge and new requirement of the information age. At present, constructing “cross-media reading literacy” in China still faces some predicaments, such as cramming as the main teaching method, the main bodies of education having weak critical consciousness and lack of media environment, making it difficult for people to adapt to the information society. Therefore, based on the MIL competency assessment framework by the UNESCO, this paper proposes that “cross-media reading literacy” can be constructed from five dimensions: reading receptivity, reading perception, reading reflection, reading transfer and reading creativity.
