On Integration of Industry and Education and Curricular Construction of Technology Specialty in Local Colleges

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

学科建设是学科组织在学科发展规律指导下，从经济社会发展现实需要出发，以学科自身实际为逻辑前提，采取措施不断提高学科发展水平，提升学科地位的社会实践活动。深化产教融合背景下，地方本科院校工程学科发展面临的瓶颈主要是学术情结深厚，学科发展方向单一；办学条件局限，学科服务能力不足；管理制度失真，学科平台建设滞后。学科建设的路径包括回归工程，推进学科交融发展；三链融合，探索产业学院平台；引培结合，建设复合型专业学科团队；合纵连横，完善应用型人才培养体系；寓“道”于“技”，彰显工程学科人文光芒。

Abstract：

Curricular construction is a social activity in which the organizers, according to actual requirements of social and economic development and on the premise of the reality of the curriculum itself, take measures to improve developmental levels and promote status of a certain discipline. As technology specialty of a local university meets with the bottleneck in the process of integration of industry and education in academia, inefficient infrastructure and inadequate management, countermeasures are proposed in this paper.
