The 19th National Congress of the CPC confirms that moral education is regarded as a fundamental task in the new era. Traditional virtues are to be inherited, while modern moral education is to be carried out for learners physically and mentally healthy, ambitious, responsible, cultivated, innovative, and useful. Furthermore, a proper approach is demanded for strengthening the moral education in relation to the development of conceptions, platforms, quality, teaching staffs, guaranteeing and learning organization.
