摘要：

实习教师在教育实习过程中社会化发展存在一些困惑问题：如，实习教师存在角色期望与角色认知不对等、社会化发展动力不足、社会化技能不完善；实习教师有效社会化引导方式，其中包括促进实习教师获得缄默知识、促进实习教师形成反思性实践、促进实习教师通过“实习共同体”进行交流，通过策略引导，进而加速实习教师社会化的发展进程。

Abstract：

For those interns or teachers with teaching practices, there is a dilemma in the development of valid socialization, namely, failure to match their expectation with cognition of roles, insufficient motives to drive the socialized development, and lack of proper techniques. Hence, interns should possess valid strategies of introduction of socialization through which they may speed up their socialization.
