摘要：
社区教育融入社区治理，是当代社区教育的新使命。“人与社会”哲学视野中，“人的全面发展”是社区治理和社区教育的共同诉求，制约着社区教育融入社区治理中的功能价值与维度构建。在审视发展现状的基础上，遵循社区教育融入社区治理互动逻辑，社区教育唯有实现顶层设计优化，价值功能重塑，社区学习供给丰富等三个方面转向，方能满足社区成员终身学习需求和社区治理现实需求，实现社区可持续性发展。
Abstract：
Community education is committed to the integration of itself into community governance. In the philosophical perspective of human and society, comprehensive and free development of education is required by community governance and community education. It is necessary to optimize the designing, reshape values and enrich community learning to meet the lifelong learning for community members and the realistic community governance. As a result, the community governance develops in a sustainable way.
