The US national security education program and its effects on Chinese national security
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
冷战后，美国出台“国家安全教育计划”有着深刻的政治、经济、军事、文化动因，其中中国因素尤为突出。“国家安全教育计划”的9个项目围绕关键语言文化、地区研究人才培养展开，都与中国有关。因此，美国“国家安全教育计划”实施20多年来，不仅深刻影响了美国的对华政策，而且对我国政治安全、经济安全、军事安全、文化安全等领域产生了重要的影响，需要引起我们的高度重视。
Abstract：
The post-cold-war US national security education program has political, economic, military, cultural influences, which is implemented in relation to languages, culture and regions. All has to do with China. Therefore, the US national security education program results in profound impacts on the American policy toward China, and also on Chinese political, economic, military and cultural securities.
