TRiPS and the judicial monitoring system of copyright

司法审查制度是衡量一个国家法治水平高低的重要尺度。在知识产权法律修改过程中,按照TRiPS协议的要求,完善司法审查制度,是加入WTO的要求,也是建立健全我国知识产权保护体系,实现依法治国战略的必要措施。
Abstract：
The judicial monitoring system is one of the criteria to evaluate the standard of laws in a country. Therefore, it is significant to follow TRiPS, to meet the needs of WTO, to complete our judicial monitoring system, and to enforce a protection of the copyright law when it is in the process of drafting and amending.
