摘要：
明清时期,畿辅重地河北,其书院和科举都得到了迅速发展。书院作为培养人才的一种教学组织机构,必然与科举这一选才机制有着极大的关联。从书院的培养目标、分布地域、山长聘任、生徒招生、教学内容等方面探讨其与科举之间的关系,从而得出河北书院在丧失自身独立性的同时,也为河北科举大省的形成提供了巨大的教育支撑作用。
Abstract：
Owing to its location, Hebei gets rapidly developed in academies and imperial examination duringMing and Qing. Academy is an educational institution, and closely related to the imperial examination. T his pa -per discusses the academies in objectives, distributions, the employment of leaders, enrollment of students, andthe teaching curricula. It is concluded that the academies play an important role in helping Hebei to become alarge province of education.
