On the quality of teachers and social harmony

摘要：
随着社会主义和谐社会建设的发展,对教师的要求也越来越高,社会主义和谐社会中教师为创建和谐校园应该具备师德素养、知识素养、信息素养、法律素养、创新与科研素养,只有这样才能适应社会发展的需要。
Abstract：
With the development of the social harmony in the socialist China , the demand grows for theteachers to build up a harmonious campus , furthermore , a harmonious society. Consequently , teachersshould be qualified in morality , knowledge , law , creativity , and scientific competence.
