摘要：
高职院校学生的礼仪现状不容乐观,高职院校学生的礼仪教育应从理论和操作两方面入手,同时要考虑到高职教育的培养目标,通过多种教育活动使学生在礼仪的基本理论和行为规范上能够适应社会和职业变化的需要。
Abstract：
As the etiquette or ritual status is not satisfactory with vocational college students, the et- iquette education should cover both theory and practice. And at the same time, students should adapt them -selves to the social norms and the basic theory through various educational activities.
