摘要/Abstract
摘要：
主要从大学生科技创新能力的内涵和特征、培养实施方案和实践探索等方面对大学生科技创新能力的培养理论和实践进行系统研究,构建了创新人才培养目标指导下的分年级的课程与实践培养体系,探索了分层次、有衔接的"三课堂"培养实践。
Abstract：
This paper explores the three aspects of the creativity cultivation of the undergraduates , soas to enable them to meet the need of development. Besides , it also discusses the curricular system , andthe model of teaching practice.
