摘要/Abstract
摘要：
办学特色是我国高校适应世界高等教育形势与社会发展的客观需要的选择。随着我国加入WTO过渡期的结束,高等教育同其他领域一样,面临着激烈的国际市场竞争。高校要在竞争中占有一席之地,需要集中有限资源,选择合理发展的道路办出特色,让高等教育满足区域经济和社会发展的需要。
Abstract：
T he Chinese special features of higher education enable Chinese universities to adapt to theworld higher education, and to meet the need of the social development. Chinese membership of the WT Ois accompanied with heavy competition in higher education as in any other field.
