On the improvement of the morals of the teachers
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
新课程实施的主体是教师。随着课程改革的进一步推进,教师的"师能"素质得到迅速提高,但教师的师德问题行为却愈显突出。弱化一点"刚性",激励"内发"力量,关注教师的自我改善和发展,是当前教师师德教育值得深入思考的重要课题。
Abstract：
T eachers are responsible for the curricular execution. It is pleasing that the teachers have made rapid improvement in their quality. However, the problematic moral behaviors of teachers have appeared more prominent. The writer of the paper suggests that teachers soften their toughenedness, andstir up inner motivation.
