摘要/Abstract
摘要：
作为知识女性典型代表的女研究生,在获得高学历的同时,却没改变择业中出现的困惑与性别差异的尴尬。其间有来自社会历史文化和现行各项制度法规的沉淀问题,也有来自女研究生自身的局限。从特质因素理论视角分析女研究生的择业困境,并针对这些困境提出消弭路径,以实现特质与因素的匹配。
Abstract：
Though female graduate students represent the well-educated women, they do not appearunusual in the gender-created embarrassment in the choice of career. This is caused by the social factors,in addition to the sediments of current rules or regulations, besides their own limitations. This paper discusses the choice of careers of female graduate students in term of the trait -factor theory in order to achievethe matching of characteristics and factors.
