摘要/Abstract
摘要：
清末新政时期,面对兴学经费短缺的情况,清政府不得不开辟出多种渠道并存的经费筹措模式,而在经费支出模式上则采取了偏重失衡的方式.这种状况的形成不仅受到当时社会经济状况和清政府财政实情的制约,而且还与兴学官员的教育理念及兴学实践有着密切联系.这种经费筹措与支出的模式对近代教育的发展产生了双重的影响.
Abstract：
During the new deal period at the end of Qing dynasty, the governments adopt varieties of educational funds, but fail to balance expenditures. This results from the constraints of the socio—economic situation and the conceptions of the education officials on learning. The fund—raising and expenditures have a two—folded impact on the development of modern education.
