Reflections on the peace education in universities
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
和平教育旨在通过传播和平理念,使受教育者树立和平的坚定信念并进而养成和平的行为习惯.作为一种新兴教育形式,它将人类有关和平的最新思想成果与先进教育理念相结合,并正在世界许多国家得到方兴未艾的发展.中国具有和平主义的丰富思想资源和悠久历史传统,当代中国更明确提出要走"和平发展"的强国之路,因此,现阶段在高校普遍地开展和平教育可谓恰逢其时.
Abstract：
Peace education purports a firm belief in peace and peaceful behavior among the educated through perception of peace. As a new form of education, it combines the newly—developed thoughts of peace with advanced conceptions of education. With a historical tradition, rich ideological resources, and pacifism, China has taken priorities of“peaceful development” . Thus, peace education is thought of as proper in universities.
