摘要：
可以说,异质教育理论如何本土化的问题,已现实地摆到了我们面前。而陶行知生活教育理论的产生、发展与完善的历程,则在异质教育理论本土化的立场、目的、内容、方式上,以及面对异质教育理论的心态、具体操作等方面,给我们提供了一些有益的启示。
Abstract：
It is argued that Chinese scholars are faced with the domestication of the foreign education theo -ries. However, Tao Xingzhi refines his overseas learning into his domesticated life education theory in perspec -tives of status, contents, objectives and methods.
