摘要/Abstract
摘要：
校外导师是高校师范生教学技能形成的必需资源。校外导师作用是辅助的,也是独特的;校外导师应激发师范生职业兴趣,传递其教学经验;校外导师应是组织者和合作者,示范者和指导者。在见习、教学训练、微格教学和教育实习中,校外导师指导师范生教学技能训练的工作内容和方式方法有其特点。
Abstract：
The career guides or off-campus mentors are necessary resources that college students are motivated. The off-campus mentors should stimulate college students' vocational interest, and pass on his teaching experiences to other students. In the process of training, off-campus mentors should be organized and collaborators performing. In practice, teaching training, the micro-standard teaching and education practice, the content and way by which off-campus mentor guides college students to train their teaching skills has its characteristics.
