摘要/Abstract
摘要：
肯定了情感智商的合理部分。对情感智商理论的核心，即其五大内涵作了较大的补充和修 正，将意志、动机和兴趣等列入情感智商理论。对于情感智商理论过于倾向实用而忽略人文精神的缺陷也 作了分析和批评。
Abstract：
The paper affirms the reasonable aspects of the emotional i. Q., which makes more replenishments and amendments to the core of the theory of emotional i. Q., namelg, the five connotations of the emotional i. Q.. It introduces the will, motive, and interest into the theory. And it also analyses and criticizes the shortcomings of theory of the emotional i. Q. pointing out that it is so practical as to neglect the humanistic spirit.
