摘要：
明清时期,地方儒学教师承担了许多教师职业以外的其他工作,他们除了承担为各级政府培养合格的官僚后备力量这一基本职责外,还广泛地参与到各级政府的各种行政事务中,并发挥着对普通民众进行道德教化等多种职能。对明清地方儒学教师的功能进行探入探讨,是分析其职业属性及社会地位的基础。
Abstract：
The local Confucian teachers carry out the work both in and out of schools in the Ming and Qingdynasties. They are committed to the training of the different levels of government officials, in addition tospreading the moral education to the public. This paper studies their functions as a basic understanding of the occupational and social properties.
