A few remarks on the idealogical education of the graduate students

摘要：
研究生是跨世纪的高层次人才。研究生毕业前的思想教育工作是十分重要的。做好这一工作，首先要运用恰当的方法，了解研究生在毕业前的思想状况，再依据心理学、教育学理论，从社会环境、学校教育、个人需要等方面进行分析，选择有效的途径和方法。
Abstract：
Graduate students are the talents of the new century,and their idealogical education is of great importante. The effective ways and appraoches must be selected to practice idealogical education on the basis of psychology,pedagogy,social situation,and personal needs.
