摘要：
在素质教育已成为社会共识的形势下，科学、客观地认识考试的作用，全方位改革考试制度，对推 进素质教育进一步深化具有重要意义。也只有如此，才能防止重陷应试教育的误区。
Abstract：
With quality-oriented education as the common view of the people nowadys, the function of the examination must be locked at in a scientific and objective way. The all-round reform of examination is of great significance for the implementation of quality-oriented education, and only by reforming the examination can we avoid repeating the examination-based education.
