摘要：
蔡元培是推动我国近代科学技术教育发展的卓越先驱，曾提出一系列关于发展近代科学技术教育的思想和主张，这些思想和主张对于加速我国“科教兴国”战略的实施具有积极的参考价值。
Abstract：
Cai Yuanpei,a foregoer who promoted China's modern education of science and technology, advanced new theories and ideas to develop education of science and technology which can be taken for reference in our efforts to put into effect the strategy of rejuvenating China through developing science and education.
