摘要：
市场经济国家高等教育体制模式有三种类型：一是集中型，二是分散型，三是复合型。中国的高 等教育体制与运行机制，如何在社会主义市场经济条件下探索新的体制与运行机制，应借鉴西方国家在这方 面的成功经验。
Abstract：
There are three types in higher education structure in the Western countries with market economy: the centralized type, the dispersitive type and the compound type. In exploring to establish new higher education structure and operation system under the circumstances of socialist market economy, China could use the successful experience of the Western countries for reference.
