An investigation on the rural integrated educational reform in Shunping County of Hebei Province

摘要：
顺平县以农村教育综合改革为切入点．紧紧围绕兴教富民强县这个主题，实施“科教兴农”、“三教统筹”、“农科教统筹”战略，使经济建设逐步转到依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质的轨道上来，初步形成了“教促富，富促教”，教育发展与经济发展良性循环的机制，推动了全县国民经济持续、快速、健康发展和社会各项事业的全面进步。
Abstract：
An integrated educational reform has been carried out in Shunping Couney, which includes many aspects, such' as promoting agricultural production through science and education, planning as a whole the education science and agriculture, etc. The progress of science and technology and the betterment of farmers' traits have formed a sound cycle of economic and educational activities, which has promoted the sustainable, speedy, and healthy development of economy and all - round improvement.of common needs of society.
