A historical perspective of the basic concepts of a university
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
大学核心理念包括:学术自由、大学自治、教学与研究相统一、通识教育与专业教育相结合、精英教育与大众教育兼顾、大学国际化等。上述理念实际上已成为大学普适的价值和精神。中国建设世界一流大学的目标能否实现，除无法控制的外在因素外，以上大学理念能否真正付诸实施至关重要。
Abstract：
The basic concepts of a university include academic freedom,autonomy,teaching and research unification,universal and professional education,elite and mass education,and internationalization.They are considered as universal values and spirits for the construction of the world first-rate universitiesin China.
