Abstract：
The innovation-oriented education is based on fostering the students creative thinking and creative ability. In the music education in higher teachers education,the committment for education reform must be deepened by renewing education concept and enhancing innovative awareness and the new way of thinking should be employed to establish new teaching model,so that the students creative ability can be developed,their individuality can be cultivated,and their innovative competence can be promoted.
