The content of student rights is an important component of Education Law. In the legal relation of education,the students enjoy extensive rights under legal protection. However,due to the influence of traditional concept of student rights and the lack of legal sense on the side of schools, teachers and parents,the student rights are more or less violated,either by design or by accident. Consequently,the schools or teachers may some times be tried at court. To change this undesirable situation,the executives of the schools and the teachers must have a better understanaing of the student rights and perform their duties to protect their rights according to law.
