The struture of human brain,its potentiality and development
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
人脑有巨大的潜能 ,实施素质教育 ,必须充分开发人脑的潜能 ,即要早期开发 ,又要按照左右脑互补原则 ,开发全脑。这样 ,才能在教育与教学实践中培养学生的创新精神与实践能力。
Abstract：
Human brain has profound potentiality, which must be highly de ve loped in the earliest possible time in the implementation of quality oriented e ducation. The development of the cerebrum must be based on the principle of compl ementation of left and right cerebral hemisphere, so that the students innovative spirit and practical ability can be fostered.
