摘要：
20世纪80年代, 美国开始的以提高教师专业规格为核心的教师教育改革, 至今仍在继续。美国中小学教师职前培养在专业标准、课程结构、培养模式和教学方法等方面的探索值得我们思考和借鉴。
Abstract：
In 80s of 20th century,America initiated teachers reform to improve teachers professional level,and now the reform is still going on.The before position training of primary and high school teachers with regard to professional standard, curriculum structure,training pattern,and teaching method can be taken for our reference.
