在教师队伍建设研究中, 不仅要进行理性思索, 明确界定教师队伍建设的概念, 提出教师队伍建设的基本原则, 而且要加强实践探讨, 构建有利于教师队伍建设的保障、约束与激励机制, 提出行之有效的教师队伍建设方法
Abstract：
In exanpding the contingent of teachers we must appeal to rational thinking,making clear the definition of expanding the contingent of teachers,bringing about the basic principles,so that the guarantee,the effective methods,and the mechanism of constrait and encouragement can be assured for expanding the contingent of teachers.
