Abstract：
The objective of education reform in China is to realize the specialization of teachers.Taking a panoramic view of the development of the specialization of teachers,we can see that the professionalization of teachers has its own unique features.The realization of specialization of teachers by taking for reference the successful experience in foreign countries is the orientation of education reform with regard to teachers in higher normal schools..
