河北省学前教育事业的发展已取得了令人瞩目的成就。挖掘现有潜力，进一步提高幼教师资队伍的整体业务素质，我省的幼教事业将会充满无限生机。
Abstract：
Great achievement has been made in developing education in Hebei Province. However, the potential must be brought into full play and the professional qualities of the teachers must be upgraded so as to further develop Hebei's education.
