摘要：
余家菊是中国近现代有影响的教育家，对中国20世纪20年代的教育影响较大，为我们留下了一些值得借鉴和深思的独到见解。其中有关教师素质的论述尤其值得我们教育界人士进一步研究和探讨。
Abstract：
Yu Jiaju is an outstanding educator in modern China, who exerted great influence in the 20s of 20th century, and whose original ideas can be taken for our reference. Yu's remarks on the positive qualities of teachers deserve to be studied and explored by modern educators.
