Abstract：
Wiht the deepening of the committment of education reform in the institutions of higher learning, the staff members in charge of the ideological work of students should have entirely new education ideas and make great efforts to explore the new way of thinking, new models, and new manegement machenism in doing their work so as to meet the needs of the new situation.
