为提高成人院校法律专业的教学质量, 实施素质教育, 应改变原有的教学模式, 采用案例、实践、图表、多媒体等教学方法进行教学
Abstract：
In order to raise the teaching quality of the law courses in the institutions of adult higher education and put into practice quality oriented education, the old teaching modle must be done away with and the case study, charts used as teaching aid and multi media should be used in teaching.
