随着计划生育政策的落实, 独生子女在高师学生中的比例越来越大。高师独生子女学生非智力因素存在着诸多问题, 要使他们成为合格的教师, 就要采取针对性的措施, 强化对他们非智力因素的培养
Abstract：
With the implementation of family planning policy, there have been more and more students from one child families in the teachers colleges. They have a lot of problems concerning non intelligent factors. In order to educate them to be competent teachers to be, effective measures must taken to cultivate them, taking non intelligent factors into full consideration.
