The influence on educational informatics exercised by cultural tradition
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
文化传统对教育信息化有着重大的影响，表现在物质、制度、观念三个层面，且三个层面对教育信息化的影响呈递增关系。
Abstract：
Cultural tradition can exercise important influence on educational informatics. This is demonstrated on the following three aspects: material, system and conception, whose influence one ducational informatics increases progressively.
