摘要：
发达国家在教师教育、教师培训院校的建设和管理方面突出以实为本、以教师能力的培养为主要导向,为我国中小学教师继续教育在思想认识、课程设置、教育教学管理以及提高教师在职培训质量方面提供了许多有益的经验。
Abstract：
The development and management of teacher-training colleges in developed countries put emphasis on the actual practice and take the promotion of teachers' ability as quiding principle, which, as it were, provides positive experience for the primary and middle school teachers' continuing education in China in the realm of curriculum design, education and teaching management with the perspective of raizing the quality of the teachers on in-service training.
