摘要：
教师作为人类文化的传播者,人类灵魂的工程师,在跨世纪的文化传承、发展中起着重要的桥梁和纽带作用。同时对培养新世纪的人才起着不可替代的重要作用。因此发掘师道传统精华,提高教师素质成为一条可行之路。
Abstract：
As instructors to spread human knowledge and engineers of human soul, teachers play an important and indispensable role in developing cross-century human culture and training talents of the new century. Therefore, to explore and inherent the essence of traditional Chinese way of being a teacher is a feasable way to increase teachers' quality.
