The interior management of the universities" and the presidents as key persons to run the universities
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
大学内治即大学内部管理。由于大学校长居于管理的最高权力地位,因此,大学的管理如何又取决于其校长如何管理。在对学校的内部管理中,“治什么”和“怎么治”是与校长治校理念密切相关的两个问题。
Abstract：
The presidents of the universities are the "CEO" in the universities, so it is up to the presidents to decide how to run the universities. How to manage and what to do with the management in the interior management of the universities are closely related with presidents' ideas to run the universities.
