摘要：
通过对国内外大学教学计划和课程设计的考察与比较,以及对我国成人高等教育历史上所确立的教育目标、培养规格、专业培养目标和课程指导思想的检讨和反思,有助于我们科学地确定21世纪中国成人高等教育的教育目标和培养规格。
Abstract：
Through a comparative study of an American university and a Chinese university in terms of teaching plan and curriculum design, some reflections have been made on the educational goal established in China's adult education history, standards of training, specialized subjects and guiding principles of curriculum, which will be of much help for designing educational goal and standards of training of China's higher adult education in 21st century.
