第二次世界大战后,日本政府为了使经济能够得到迅速恢复和发展,对教育实施了一系列重大的改革措施。开放性教员养成制度即师资培养制度便是其中之一。开放性教员养成制度的提出、实施、发展以及由此而引发的思考等相关问题值得我们进行探索与研究
Abstract：
After the world war Ⅱ, in order to restore and develop Japan's economy rapidly, the Japanese government took a series of important measures to reform its education. The system of education discussed in this paper is one of these measures. In this paper, research and study have been made on how the system was put forward, how it was carried out, developed, and on the reflections it has brought about.
