In the educational organization and management of higher vocational education, the emphasis must be laid on aiming at the demand of professional positions and adapting students to the multiple need of academic study. The disciplines must be marketable and flexible; the curriculum must be blocked as a model; the contents and teaching and learning must be practical and fundamental; the goal of training must be aimed at developing ability and sustaining, and the educational management must be flexible.
