摘要：
就张家口高校大学生进行《卡氏十六种人格因素测验》、SCL—90问卷调查的结果进行归纳分析,对大学生个体心理障碍、不良人格因素的成因进行研究。
Abstract：
By using personality factor examination and SCL-90questionnaire, ananalysis was made on college students' psychological barrier and unhealthy personality quality. The result shows that one of the important tasks at presnt in the institutions of higher learning is to study the students' psychological state with great care so that the“macro-adjustment and control”can be integrated with “micro-direction”.
