An analysis of the psychological traits of women with education in present situation
摘要/Abstract
调查表明, 我国知识女性的心理素质有如下特点 :在智能素质、心理健康水平、职业心理、角色调控及开拓性、适应性素质方面均优于普通女性 ;在情绪波动性、工作压力感上高于知识男性 ;在角色满意度、智能素质水平上低于知识男性。从发展角度看, 中年知识女性的压力感最强, 而心理承受力最差
The psychology of women with education in China is characterized by the following aspects:1. They are superir to the women without education in intellectual quality, mental health, career psychology, spirit to break new ground, and ability to modify their behavior in comformity with the change of the situation. 2. They are intellectually inferior to the men with education and have stronger sense of being pressed emotionally and professionally. 3. In terms of development, the middle aged women with education have the strongest sense of being pressed and the weakest ability to sustain the psychosocial crisis.
