Germany ' s way to popularize education in moderntimes
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
在历史上,德国以“教育国”著称于世,在19世纪初到20世纪初的一百多年中,德国的初等教育、中等教育、高等教育、师范教育、教育行政及教育思想,均领先于其他西方国家。正是教育,尤其是普及教育的发达,成为德国跻身世界强国的法宝,其历史经验值得我们参考借鉴。
Abstract：
Germany usedto be know as a “county of education ”.During one hundredyearsfromearley 19th century toearly20thcentury,Germanywasaheadof otherwesterncountriesinelementary, middle, higher andnor-mal educationaswell aseducational administrationandeducationconcept .It is education, especiallythepopulariza-tionof education, that hasmadeGermanyastrongeconomicpowerintheworld.Itshistorical experience can be taken as our reference.
