书院师资的管理主要体现在如何确保山长、院长等核心人选胜任其传道授业解惑的职责 ,其任选权有一个由民到官 ,由官到官民共掌的过程。书院的学生管理制度形成于宋代 ,其后则更趋完善、细密、具体 ,并且形成招生、分类、行为规范、考勤等几大板块 ,各有特色
The management of the instructors is basically reflected in how to ensure that the head, the principal and other central teaching staff are competent in imparting their obligations The posts are elected from the people, by the people and they guarantee the shared management of the shuyuan On the other hand, the student management takes shape in the Song Dynasty, and becomes more and more concrete, detailed, and towards perfection in the later days Besides, the shuyuan has developed the managerial system in perspectives of enrollment, categorizing, discipline, and inspection, each with its special features.
