An exploration of the hindrances of the creative competence of undergraduates
摘要/Abstract
本研究通过对 5 81名大学生的调查发现 ,高校在教学评价方式、教学内容、教学方法、学校文化氛围和教师自身素质等方面 ,不同程度地阻碍了学生创新能力的发展。在对调查结果进行分析的基础上提出了高校改革的几点措施 :确立科学的评价体系 ；变革陈旧的教学方法和教学内容 ；营造宽松、和谐、民主、合作、交流的校园文化环境 ；提高教师的创造水平
Based on a survey done over 581 undergraduates, researchers have discovered the many faceted obstacles that hinder the universities from performing their proper functions in terms of instructional evaluation, contents, methods, atmosphere, and the instructors' abilities. Likewise, the researchers put forward with the following trouble shooting proposals: to set up a proper evaluating system; to reform the teaching contents; to build up a comfortable, harmonious, cooperative atmosphere in campus; and to increase the instructors' creative competence.
